Thanks for responding.  I guess I do feel comfortable with taking the job and feel the school nurse, teacher, and teacher’s aids at my daughter’s school will do a great job of taking care of her.  They have instructions to stress dose her for fever, vomiting,  or injury and they know when to call 911 if need be (paramedics have been informed about her condition and have a plan from her ped endo to care for her) .  I guess I just wanted some reassurance that other people are more than 5 minutes away from their CAH children and I am not being a bad mom for wanting to go back to work.
