Dina I know exactly where you are coming from.  I had chronic insomnia when taking dexamethasone.  Lucky for me I found out I was having a boy and could stop taking it once I knew that.  My boy does have SWCAH so am very glad he was a boy or I would have been taking the dex for the whole pregnancy.  I also experienced huge weight gain and moon face and severe acne.  I guess I am also "lucky" like you Wendy Lee!!!!
