I took dex with pregnancy 2 & 3 but like other posts I only had to take it for about 8 weeks as both babies were non-CAH. I had shocking insomnia as well and would seriously consider taking sleeping tablets at least every 2-3 nights if I were to have another child as dealing with 2 small children on 4 hours a night was not much fun to all involved. I  know compared to others that was my only side effect apart from the eating.  Who knows though if I had to take it for my whole pregnancy how I’d go.  I’d definately take it again though (not that I’m planning on it!).  Take care and I hope all goes well.
