We didn’t do anything different other than I took Dex with my second pregnancy for about twelve weeks (my experience w/dex is noted in the second posting on the board).  The pregnancies were very, very similar and not treated any differently.  Even with both my pregnancies being twin pregnancies there were no extraordinary measures taken.  The only real difference were that I had numerous ultrasounds (monthly, than bi-monthly, than weekly) and more frequent Ob appointments (bi-monthly, than weekly), but that was due to having multiples not having a CAH baby!
