Hi All,

I just want to say that this is such a wonderful website.  I love the way that everyone helps each other with stories or experiences.  I have learned so much from this site and the warmth of the CAH community.

My Question:

  I have noticed that alot of people are on Dex.  I was just diagnosed with CAH ( symptoms since teens, although, 28 now) and my doctor wants to put me on prednisone.  She never mentioned Dex.  Is one better than the other?  More side effects? We are trying to start a family, is it better to be on dex before hand so if I do become pregnant I would already be on it??
