I have read articles about Adrenalectomy, and the fact that some people still have 17oh levels after  due to ectopic adrenal tissue around the body, that carries on  despite the Adrenals being removed!

A real nuisance if the reason for removal is to reduce sideeffects from to much testosterone.

Perhaps that is why some people can get by without fludrocortisone?
