Travelling with CAH child

My 1 1/2 yr old daughter has SWCAH. We are considering travelling to Iowa to visit relatives in December. We would be travelling by airplane at a time when the flu may be going around. What have other people done to prepare in this situation? We would be staying in a rural area where the nearest hospital (county hospital) is 15-20 min. away (in good weather) and hospitals in Des Moines are around 40 min. or more away. We don’t know if anyone at a county hospital or even a Des Moines hospital would know how to deal with a CAH child (i.e. would they have the medication that she would need?) We haven’t yet dealt with an adrenal crisis, so I want to make sure we would be able to get her the care she needs in the event that she were to get sick. I am planning to run this by my daughter’s Endo., but I am curious if anyone else has any suggestions.
