Hi,

I recently entered the CAH family with identical twins -- both have the classical form.  My endo has perscribed hydrocortisone, but I’ve been advised this liquid form is unstable.  I’ve heard the tablet form, cortef, is more stable, but there is "a limited supply" and is difficult to obtain.

Have others experienced difficulties in obtaining cortef?  If not, do you simply get it through your local pharmacy, or do you have to go to some obscure source.
