So glad you decided to post here. It looks like you might have a lead on finding an endo in OH. We have been able to get Cortef here in PoDunk since the beginning. We are the only ones who use it so they order each month for us although I think most pharmicies keep some on hand as it is a steroid and has other uses.

However, Solu-Cortef (the injectable) is hard to get sometimes. Some parts of the country can get it anywhere and other places there is a shortage. We had to wait a couple of weeks to get our last bottles, but we got them.
