Congratulations on your twins and welcome to the message board.  I also have never heard of a shortage of the Cortef tablets, but as Cassy mentioned, I have heard of people not being able to get the Solu-Cortef injectable (for emergencies).  We are in Colorado & luckily have never had a problem getting any of our boys’ (we have 2 sons with SWCAH who are 2 yrs old & 3 months old) medications.  I know awhile back there was a big discussion about the liquid being very unstable & I don’t think there are many out there still using it.
