Have you checked to make sure she doesn’t have a fever. Even a low grade fever can cause this. My oldest non cah son came to me a few weeks back with what I thought was tremors due to a nightmare. Turned out he had a low grade fever and wasn’t scared of anything after all.  Every person’s body reacts differently to temperature.  I would just verify that it’s not too high or too low.
