Congratulations on the twins!!!! I also have two boys with SVCAH (still classical but not saltwasting...for the most part).   I have 4 boys. My two oldest don’t have CAH but the two youngest  3 yrs old and 9 mo. old do.  I have used cortef from day one and never had a problem getting it. We use a mail order pharmacy because the copay is cheaper for a 90 day supply. We are also in TX and I haven’t heard of any problems getting the cortef. It’s used for other conditions so it should be widely available. The solu cortef shot (for emergencies) has at times been harder to get.

I hope you are getting enough sleep with two new little ones and as Louise said... the cah part does get easier.
