Congratulations on your twins! I use the liquid suspension with my Granddaughter age 31/2 and she does fine with it. We live in Virginia and I have not heard of any shortages of the cortef..... I have been told that the solou-cortef is like gold if you find it hang on to it.(by my endo) but I asked him last visit for a prescription of it and Walgreens ordered it for me. Soooooo.......
