My name is Teresa and I have Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia.  I was diagnosed at 18 months, I am currently 21 years old.  I know a lot about the increase appetite.  I知 over weight.  I weight 275 lbs.  I致e gained over the years.  The medicine causes your appetite to increase even though most of the time you aren稚 really hungry.  You just have a need to eat.  I try not to eat so much but sometimes its hard to do.  They are still trying to adjust my medicine.  Try feeding him more times a day but less quantity.  Its okay to eat just not all at once.  I usually eat a small breakfast like a bowl of cereal or a doughnut.  Then about noon I値l have a light lunch like a salad or a sandwich with chips.  Between then and dinner time around 6 pm, I値l eat fruit, maybe another small salad or sandwich.  I値l eat anywhere from 5-6 times a day but I eat small portions.  When you eat all at once, especially at night then your leaving the weight on.  If you stretch it out during the day you can work it off a lot easier.  I知 still struggling with my weight but I知 trying my best to control it.
