I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Chelsea’s friend Lion.  We have been through loss in our own family, Richard P. Pet, the beloved gerbil, our 104 year old grandma and Abby and Ellie’s Grandpa Pete.  All of these deaths were very hard on the girls.  We did stress dose for the loss of grandpa Pete.  My oldest locked herself in the bathroom of the funeral home so she could stay with grandpa and got herself so worked up that she passed out.  (Imagine mommy crawling under the bathroom stall to get her.)  Loss is never easy!  Especially when you are a child.  Take things on Chelsea’s pace and let her know that you are all there whenever she needs.  I will say a special prayer for all of you tonight.  Are you having a funeral?  That might help her bring closure and also give her a place to visit her special friend.

I would definetly contact Hartz and talk to them about their product.  The only way they can update labels is to know the affect their product is having.  I don’t know about contacting an attorney but that might not be a bad idea.
