Hi, I’m sorry to hear about Lion too. It is heartbreaking to lose a family member.

  We had this cat have a litter of babies in my yard. The kittens were infested with fleas, so I gave them a bath with green dishwashing liquid. They were just about 3 days old, but we found 3 in the mud where she moved them and 2 in a puddle where it had rained on them. Needless to say they fell fast asleep after getting a nice warm bath. Not to mention it did kill the fleas. I didn’t attempt anything on the mama of course, I know she was sweet and loving.....I didn’t want to see the angry side of her.  They have a good home in the country now. (We are allergic)

 Actually I think any kind of dishwashing liquid will do...it works, but doesn’t keep more fleas from getting on them.    Take care
