Our SW daughter is a happy "morning person", too ... she’s in bed by 8:30 and sleeps until 7:30-8:00!  She’s also falls asleep VERY quickly - sometimes within 5 minutes or so - but hardly ever gets cranky because she’s over-tired (just a very happy natured kid).  My non-CAH  son, on the other hand, just about needs a forklift to get him up in the mornings, even if he’s had lots of sleep;  can’t WAIT until he’s a teenager!!!  ; )
