Hello -- I have a 6 week old daughter diagnosed with CAH and just found this board.  What a great resource (esp. the advice I found on giving pills to infants!).

My daughter is on 1.25 mg of Cortef 3 times a day.  (Is Cortef the usual drug?  Why isn’t there a liquid dose of medication?)
