My 18mo old daughter also takes 0.2 mg of florinef daily. So I don’t know that 0.3 mg would be too high for an adult, but as I said, I don’t know. I would think that high blood pressure would be a sign of too much florinef, so I would watch for that. I’ve also heard from some that headaches are a sign u may be getting too much. I would ask your doctor for any signs he would watch for. Good luck.
