So far no swollen ankles, and the florinef actually makes my
headaches diminish (the prime reason I’m taking it). But, those
are good symptoms to watch for if I increase the dose.

I’m taking a potassium supplement daily as doc recommended. I believe
I feel slightly worse on the potassium, which makes me wonder if
the adrenal imbalance has made my body retain too much potassium...
