Ocean View is now in the process of  a huge growth spurt with muti million dollars homes. It is the new hotspot for  developers doing the homerama. Virginia beach is growing also with new development going out in the courthouse direction passing the green line. Obviously, the military presence is still here. We were out of the area for 8 years and when we came back it has changed very much. The Virginia Beach boardwalk has been refurbished and looks great. Lots of great seafood restaurants! Everything you need EXCEPT Doctors!! LOL  Thanks for the info. Cherry
