I wanted to add while my daugher was admitted for that virus, they gave her prednisone (sp?) This helped open her lungs when she was so bad off.  They weined her off after that hospital stay. I couldn’t believe how wild it made the child!!!! Betwen that and the breathing treatments with albuterol!! Yikes!
