Jen, That seems like an awesome website!  Unfortunately, our computer is a dinosaur and I can’t download anything else.  Great job on the weight loss.

Margaret, we got from our endo the list of some free websites for weightloss and children if you would like to check those out too.  Our 6 year old needs to lose weight.  She has lost some by switching to circadian (6 hour dosing) but still needs to lose some more.  I think the important thing is to stress that it is not a "diet" but rather switching to a healthier way of eating and eating foods that react better with her body.  Even at 6 my daughter was crushed by the words "diet" that her endo used.  I know it is just a word choice, but . . .Girls are so sensitive about body image, etc.  The thing I stress the most with my girls (8 & 6) is healthy choices.  I remember how stressful it was when I was a teenager re: looks, clothes, "being skinny" but I honestly don’t remember that pressure starting any younger than the 8th grade.  Now it’s happening in kindergarten.  Best of luck to you and Nikki!  :)  Hope these help.
