hi you wrote "  I would think (I’m really going out on a limb here) that if your son had CAH he would have started with pubic hair, acne and body odor, before going into puberty" and I guess maybe he is technically not in puberty if his testosterone and LH levels are not showing it???  But he has most of the physical signs of it and has since age 6 and it has progressed some too since then...so, maybe that does indicate CAH?
