the ped. endo. left me a phone message saying he did check for CAH in 2003, but I know he did not do the ACTH test because I’d have remembered if he’d have gotten an injection and then more than one blood test.  So...he may have done only the 17-OHP, not sure what, will find out more when I talk to him.  If he did do the 17-OHP only and it showed as normal (what is normal??) is that enough testing? 

What if he was a carrier, would that show up w/ the 17-OHP test?  thanks for info!
