Tonia...... This is a scary situation as it could happen to any of us. I tell you what I would do .I would be writing a letter with Date and time and documentation of conversations and other valuable information. I would mail this letter to the medical board. Then I would write a letter to the Dr. sharing your thoughts and your childrens pain of rejection from him. The day that the DRS. put there fee before there patients care is a day they should hang up the stethoscope. I would be so furious and I would continue to pronounce his name and practice and actions in every forum I had access too. I also would send him the bill for urgent care and tell him to tally that with the rest of what he thinks he is owed and roll it in a nice little cylinder shape and put it where the sun don’t shine!The day we let Doctors dictate what kind of health care our children will receive and tolerate this PROFESSIONAL ABUSE is the day we should hang our heads in shame.
