My daughter now 5 yrs. old was first hospitalized at four months. All of a sudden she stopped breathing one day and the doctors thought maybe it was a seizure. She was admitted on the day before new years eve. Had a test done I cant remember the name of it. She was released on New years Eve. We never had to give her the solu-cortef. She had been acting just fine, except for that one episode. She has been in the hospital for surgries and other minor procedures and we always gave her the shot on hour before going into the surgery. She has been relatively healty aside from that.
