With my 5-year-old CAH’er, her entire genital area sits high. She has not yet had her corrective surgery and has some minimal leaking problems. Because of this she wears a pantie liner. For the pantie liner to work the best she (or I)  doesn’t place it in the middle of the panties -- it is placed much more to the front.
