Perhaps you could teach her to bend forward a bit before urinating to reposition her bottom and direct the stream downward?

One of my girls had this problem for a time.  I have the cutest picture of her in her pajamas on the potty, leaning forward with her elbows on her knees and smiling.  Don’t know that it had a thing to do with CAH - just one of those weird kid things.  It resolved with time.
