For those of you who’ve had your children put on Miralax, how long was it before it began to take effect?  Gav has been taking it for 6 days, and it doesn’t seem to be making any difference.  The literature that the pharmacy gave me said it typically begins to work in 2-4 days, but as we all know, reality is often different.  BTW, he is taking 1 1/2 teaspoons in liquid twice daily; how does this dose compare to what your children were on?

I will be phoning the Doc on Monday, but thought I’d post here in the meantime. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.
