Congratulations!!  I too am pregnant and went through the Dex, CVS and ultimately weaning off the dex.  My doctor recommended me weaning off over 14 days.  I ended up weaning myself faster over 5 days.  I am glad I did because I had no ill side affects.  I know that a big side affect is to be a BAD headache.  I am prone to headaches so was willing to go slow if I started to have one......I didn’t.  Just remember everyone handles meds differently.  I would do what your doctor says.
