Thanks for your input, Paul.  I would just like to ask if changing to prednisalone has made her put on weight at all?  I haven’t heard of spironolactone.  What is that for?  Is it a replacement for fludrocortisone?  I’m just a bit reluctant to change to prednisalone as I’m worried about her putting weight on.  She’s quite a solid muscular girl (not fat but I can see the potential of her getting fat because she eats like a horse!).  I guess there are no signs of puberty in your daughter yet?
