thanks to all of you for the support and letting me vent. it was the worst i have ever been treated and to top it off he didnt even know what he was talking about.  and yes we have an emergancy letter and he did read it or at least i thought he read it maybe he just looked at it.  i am trying to get in contact with the right people to complain and you better believe i will, hopfully no one else has to put up with anything from this dr---or mr
