This condition comees from both parents being carriers although neither of you has to have it.I can’t believe the Dr. didn’t tell you more . My husband is a classic salt waster and never knew it till we were trying to have children, they claim he should not have survived past a few days without treatment but he never knew he had it till he was thirty. It did stunt his growth pretty badly they estimate he would be a foot taller if he had been treated as a child. So don’t panic but watch for the signs that Michelle told you about and do as the Drs. tell you relax and enjoy your new baby
