Just a word of caution with the syrups...  We too used the liquid suspension when it was available and after my daughter had four teeth I noticed that the back of her teeth were a greyish color.  I took her to the dentist and he said that it was from the sticky syrup used to make up the suspension.   Shortly after the suspension was no longer available and we switched to the applesauce and yogurt and the staining faded and went away.  Just something to be on the look out for, I haven’t noticed in the other posts that this was a problem.
