How do people handle a missed dose? We have been hypervigiliant with our little 4 1/2 month-old SWCAH boy, and have not missed a beat.  However, I am assuming that as they get older, a missed/late dose is bound to happen.  Do most of you give a dose right away (i.e., once you realized the dose was missed), or do you just wait until next time (especially if it is almost time for the next dose anyway)??
