We’ve never completely missed a dose . . . but we have given it a couple hours late.  I suppose I’d give it as soon as I remembered . . . unless it was almost time for the next dose.  Then I’d just give the next dose a little early.  This isn’t going to usually be much of an issue with us for Loghyn since she gets her meds 12 hours apart (9:30 am & 9:30 pm).

I’d talk to your endo about it just to see how (s)he wants it handled.  That way your both on the same plan.
