I agree with Bonnie 4 Visits per year to the Endo would not be enough to make me  relocate. I like the idea of making the trip a pleasant and exciting trip just about her/him. Check for the closest teaching facility or hospital. The draw backs would be as someone stated she /he will one among many. You will have others working on your childs case. Just my input! Cherry Lane
