In my opinion, it would be worth it to move closer to doctors who are familiar with CAH.  Our pediatric practice here is familiar with CAH, however, we go to Atlanta (emory university) to see our Pediatric Endo because there arent any in our area. It is a two hour drive to Atlanta,but worth it..  Our Pediatrician knows some about CAH from working in Pittsburg.  I consider us lucky. However, he always contacts  our Ped. Endo when my daugther gets really sick and ends up in the hospital. She is17 months, SWCAH
