emergency letter

Toni,
I’m glad you found our letter useful and have decided to use it.  Our endo has given us all of the dosages found on the letter so you’re right that you should let your endo fill in those blanks and approve it and then sign it.  As soon as you said the dosage was wrong, I went and checked our med bag and letter in it.  Thank you for bringing that to my attention.  It turns out, it must not have been saved on the computer when we switched solu-cortef dosages.  Our hard copy letter has our solu-cortef it is 2cc= 100 mg.  We use 100 mg in an emergency ( our girls are 8 & 6 and both 60 pounds).  The dosage used to be 1cc (or 50 mg).  I checked the vials to make sure this was the right dosage.  Hope everything is going well with you and your family!
Blessings,
Tonia
