My SWCAH daughter was not very gassy, but she was on lacto-free formula.  My niece (non-CAH) however, is very gassy and she is on the iron enriched formula.  I don’t know if there is a connection or not.

Anyway, my point is, you may just have a gassy baby - the mylacon drops worked for us whenever Kate did have a little gas - we just gave her some either before or after her bottle.

If it doesn’t get better, or if it gets worse, you may talk to your pediatrician who could suggest something stronger and better for your baby.  Or, if you are bottle feeding, try a different formula.

We have found that the medication causes Kate (19mo. old) to have constipation and tummy aches from time to time.  So you may have that to look forward to, also! :)
