I have that same book, worked great for me and my girls. Just an FYI my CAH daughter, 11 months old sleeps GREAT & always has. My non CAH 2 year old has been anightmare with sleep since the beginning, I was reading that book all the time with her. Her nickname is Princess no sleep never from the tribe of No Doze!
