My daughter had what we call the "TB" shot and had no ill effects. It usually is administered in the top part of the leg if they are infants so they warn of that area being sore. Also a very low grade fever can sneak up. Nothing huge. Hope this helps. Where do you live? In the U.S.? Your pediatricial should give you an information sheet when the shot is given. OR ask for it ahead of time.
