My SWCAH daughter used to take Cortef every 8 hours and she had such difficulty sleeping.  We were always awake with her.  But then a few years ago her endo put her on dexamethasone and she only takes that every 12 hours and now she sleeps like a rock. 

My non cah son never had difficulty sleeping or taking naps.
