Thanks for the sweet words...and I haven’t even done anything!  FYI...A dose of dex usually lasts about 16 hours in the bloodstream. So, a dose taken around 7 am should stay in circulation till about 11 pm. The amount of dex in the bloostream will gradually decrease over the course of the day, as per its chemical half-life properties.

Does Jack take his one dose in the am or at night?

One other thing (and I know this might sound a little obvious), but I think one of the greatest sources of information about how our kids feel on different medications/regimens are our kids themselves. So, it might also be interesting to see if Jack can tell you if he feels different on dex vs. hydro.
