After our last few months I believe that When the meds are out the moods start. I have a 21/2 yrold SWCAH, he seemed to be grumpy all the time, crying and allways wanting your attention, then would sdtart yelling at you and just didn’t know what he wanted. He wouldnt eat properly. Its bad when people who you dont see very often say is he always this grumpy or is he grumpy again.
Anyway had his levels done and mentioned his mood to the Ped, when got results back levels where out and we have never had problems before. So had to increase his cortisone, within a few weeks on the new dosages he was almost back to his old cheecky self (thankgoodness).
We have done another blood draw since and levels still were not quite right and the endo believes that the hot weather is affecting his levels as well so have had to increase his florinef as well. We live in Northern Teritory of Australia so are just coming into our summer.
So yes I think get her levels checked and hope that it might be as easy as adjusting her meds
