teresa,

The on thing my daughters Endo told me and I’m sooo glad he did is this---If ever in doubt increase her meds(Cortef)  it will not harm her if she has to much but it could diffently hurt her if she didn’t have enough!!  When I’m in doubt I always increase her meds.  I would double her dose tonight making sure she eats(sometimes taking Cortef on an empty stomach can cause stomach aches)  Then double her dose in the morning.  Observe(you know your child better than anyone) if in a few hours after morning dose se still doesn’t feel well get her to your Pediatric doctor--  The pediatric doctor should be able to get your old Endo to come up with the tes results and get more labs drawn if needed--but make sure you told them how much med she was given with in the last 24 hours. Then tell your ped what is going on with your Endo and request her to refer you to a new one--Thats why you  pay them-- to be your childs primmary care giver.

Your in my prayers,

Tiarasmom--jennifer
