I think all children are different, and CAH children may react differently to under/over suppression. Our 5.5 year old SWCAH daughter never has tantrums, rarely gets upset or angry and is rather placid. Her 4 year old and 2 year old sisters (non CAH) are a different story and can behave very erratically at different times. If anything, our 5.5 year old SWCAH daughter can get quite emotional when she is hungry and a bit of food generally overcomes this behaviour. As I said, all children behave and react differently to things and it looks like it may be possible for some CAH children to experience behavioural problems when medication levels are a bit off. Best of luck, I know it must be a challenge for you during this difficult time.Jenni
