First of all I am sorry to hear things are not working out so well for you right now.  It will get better.  As for the kids... can they go to Grandmas or somewhere else safe, preferably with you?  I truly doubt the stress of your divorce will affect her medically (her cah).  If she seems in crisis then by all means contact the endo.  Maybe a little therapy with a clergy or other professional will help her deal with the circumstances she is having to handle.  I would keep my kids away from him or anyone else verbally abusing them.  At least as much as I could.  Its a shame innocent kids get dragged into adult arguements and situations like this.  God Bless.
