The "0.1-3.0" numbers are probably in units "nmol/l"  (which differ from ng/dl by a factor of ~33.) Working through the math, 0.1 - 3.0 nmol/l would then be equivalent to ~3.3-99 ng/dl....essentially the same as the normal ranges used by Esoterix.
